In the European summer of 2024 (5th – 15th July), for the second time in its history, Croatia will be participating in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier B (Group A) in Krefeld and Dusseldorf (Germany)
After a solid performance back in the 2022 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier in Helsinki (Finland), which Croatia achieved two wins in our group against Serbia and Greece, we are hoping to be even stronger and play an impressive ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier.
With the appointment of our new captain Daniel Turkich and our new vice captains Jeff Grzinic and Jared Newton, Croatia will have several new team members making their debut, with Zach Vukusic being our youngest team member debutant at the age of 16.
We are excited to announce that Croatia has appointed Mal Loye (ex. England cricket international player) as its Head Coach and therefore have high aspirations for our performance at the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier.
We are all looking forward to a well organised and hopefully successful tournament for Croatia.
